Which deadline applies to you
— Presenting — 15 September 2026. Last date an abstract enters review. Later submissions are held for the next conference.
— Attending only — 24 September 2027. On-site cut-off. Earlier rounds closed 30 June and 15 August at lower rates.
— Employer-funded — allow four to six weeks for purchase orders, study leave and finance sign-off. Register first; the invoice follows.
Changes to deadlines
Deadlines are occasionally extended when a round is undersubscribed. Changes are published here and emailed to registered delegates. Deadlines are never brought forward.
Rate structure
Each registration round closes at a higher price than the previous one. Booking in a later round costs more.
