Nadine A. Kassity-Krich, MBA, BSN, RN, PHN, CNL, is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Nursing Leadership Program at the University of San Diego Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science. She brings more than 30 years of nursing experience across neonatal, pediatric, critical care, transport, and leadership settings. Her academic work focuses on nursing leadership, healthcare education, and developing innovative pathways for nurses to advance their education and leadership capacity. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego.
