Lindsay Bruckman is a master’s-prepared nurse with over 20 years of experience across pediatric, neonatal, and adult critical care in both hospital and pre-hospital settings. She holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE), CCRN-K, Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), and Certified Professional in Human Factors in Healthcare (CPHFH).
Lindsay is a recognized leader in clinical education, healthcare simulation, human factors, quality, patient and workforce safety, and infection prevention. She is particularly passionate about the use of simulation to identify latent safety threats, support medical device training, and enhance clinical integration across care settings. As a trained robust process improvement specialist, she has led system-level initiatives that improve patient outcomes while strengthening interdisciplinary team performance and professional development.
In her current role as Senior Global Medical Advisor at Cardinal Health, Lindsay serves as a clinical consultant and subject matter expert across multiple product domains, including patient monitoring (electrocardiography and thermometry), sharps safety, surgical essentials, and patient handling and mobility solutions. Through her work, she continues to bridge clinical expertise with innovation to advance safety and quality in healthcare delivery.
